The “Old City” or “The Old City Quarter” refers to everything north and west of Albert St., to Pine St. and Comox Rd. Here lies a 20 cityblock area that is in the midst of revitalization. An easy walk into downtown, this area is attracting homeowners who love the heritage buildings, the accessibility of the restaurants, theater and seaplanes as well as the fine views of the harbour.
